Building Construction is designed to prepare students for the many career opportunities in the construction industry.  With an ever-changing fast-paced environment, a career in construction requires employees to be well-rounded and multi-talented.  The Building Construction program is designed to provide students with the foundational knowledge needed to master those skills.

Students will have the opportunity to learn both classroom theory and gain hands-on experience in the construction field. The program has stackable credentials, offering both a Certificate and an Associate of Applied Science Degree. The Certificate is comprised of practical skills that students will need to become a tradesperson within the construction industry, while the Associate of Applied Science Degree is more comprehensive, containing both the hands-on applications and a deeper study of the business side of construction.
