Effective April 1, 2022, the Alabama Community College System and Lurleen B. Wallace Community College will release an online web-based recruiting process. The system will replace the College’s outdated manual paper application process.
The new system will improve the recruitment and selection process, decreasing the time to hire qualified job seekers. The Insight system includes tools to effectively review applications and forward those who qualify to hiring managers electronically, reducing processing time by several weeks.

Moving to an online web-based application process supports the Chancellor’s commitment to a more efficient government and preserving and protecting the environment.
