LBW Employees Awarded 2026 ACCS Chancellor's Awards

LBW Community College is proud to announce its 2026 Alabama Community College System (ACCS) Chancellor's Awards recipients.

The Chancellor's Awards recognize outstanding community college employees across Alabama for excellence in leadership, service, instruction, and support of student success.

LBW's 2026 award recipients are:

• Latrece Hall, Compliance Officer, Outstanding Administrator
• Christy Hutcheson, English Instructor, Outstanding Academic Faculty
• Drake Moore, Industrial Electronics Instructor, Outstanding Technical Faculty
• Melissa Reeves, Bookstore Manager, Outstanding Staff

"It is with great pride and admiration that we recognize these individuals for their outstanding performance in their roles at the College, reflecting their dedication to both LBW and the communities we serve," said Shanna Davis, Director of Institutional Effectiveness & Quality.

The four recipients will be recognized at the ACCS Chancellor's Awards Recognition Ceremony on Nov. 8 in Montgomery.
