Hall named LBWCC Associate Dean

LBW Community College recently named Jennifer Hall as Associate Dean of Adult Education, Workforce Development, and Continuing Education for all locations.
“Ms. Hall has experience working with all three areas within the division during the last 16 years and now serves in an administrative role,” said LBWCC President Dr. Herb Riedel. “She will supervise the development, implementation, and coordination of timely and relevant workforce development programs as well as a comprehensive array of continuing education courses.”
Hall said she is looking forward to growing the division and developing programs in the communities served by LBWCC.
“I am honored to have this opportunity to serve our students, citizens, and business and industry partners in our communities,” she said. “I look forward to leading our division in the growth of existing programs, development of new programs, and growing our business and industry partnerships.”
Hall holds a Master of Science in Management Degree from Troy University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Capella University, and an Associate in Applied Technology Degree in Computer Science from LBWCC. She is a 2015 graduate of the Alabama Community College Leadership Academy.
She is involved in numerous state associations, including the Alabama Association for Public Continuing and Adult Education, serving as president in 2014; Alabama Community College Association, where she served as multimedia coordinator and was recently named as vice-chair for the Commission on Workforce; and Alabama Workforce Solutions.
