Student Success Coaches
The LBW Community College’s Success Team provides an individualized experience for student learners based on their academic and career goals. Through the use of technology and in-person meetings, Success Coaches provide short and long-term support to students. This results in the student's empowerment to make independent decisions. The College Success Team consistently evaluates and adapts its practices to uphold the mission of the institution and needs of our students for maximum retention, persistence, and student success.

Savannah Roeser is the Student Success Coach on the MacArthur and Greenville Campuses. Savannah resides in Opp, AL and is married with two daughters. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Troy University following completion of academic core courses at LBWCC. She is dedicated to helping current students achieve their academic goals at LBW.

Nikia Sinkler is the Student Success Coach on the Andalusia and Greenville Campuses. She is a proud, HBCU graduate of Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland. Nikia has worked with outreach in underserved communities and programs to gain knowledge on meeting the needs of students. She is dedicated to being a resource for Saints at LBW to reach their potential throughout their college career. She looks forward to helping all Saints make an impact in our communities and in our world. Go Saints!
