LBWCC Transcript Requests

Lurleen B. Wallace Community College has partnered with Parchment to accept online transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Transcripts can be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy, depending on the receiving institution or destination.

The cost for an official transcript is $5 plus tax**, which may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

*Please note that all financial obligations to the college must be satisfied prior to a transcript being released.

**Starting January 6, 2025, Parchment will begin collecting sales tax on transcripts, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.  This may affect the total cost of your request based on various factors such as document type, delivery method, and location.  Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.
