  • How to Access:  You will be able to log onto any computer connected to the Internet, select and take the test, and get immediate scoring and detailed explanations of answers. Test results are stored in personalized individual accounts, accessible only by you.  You must have a public library [not LBWCC] card to access this remote site.  Use this URL: http://statelibrary.alabama.gov/Content/Index.aspx Choose Resources and Research Links from the menu.  From the list, choose Learning Express Library.  At the bottom of the next page, you may register as a new user.  Be sure to use your public library card number as your username.  You create your own password.  If you have already registered, simply log in.
