Head Basketball Coach - Ricky Knight

The 2012-2013 season will be Coach Ricky Knight's twenty-sixth year in charge of the LBWCC basketball program.  Knight graduated from Andalusia High School prior to his four year playing career at the University of Alabama Huntsville.  After graduating from UAH, he continued his playing career in Australia, Brazil, and Venezuela.  Coach Knight returned to UAH where he spent one season as the Head Basketball Coach before taking the same position with LBWCC.  Knight's women's teams won Alabama State Championships in 1988-89 and 1989-90.  He has been awared Coach of the Year honors four times.  Coach Knight holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Sports Administration.
