Rachel Boothe


     Rachel Boothe has been teaching full-time at LBWCC since Fall 1996 and taught as an Adjunct Instructor from 1994 1996.  Mrs. Boothe teaches Physics, Physical Science, and Mathematics.  She received an A.A. from Lurleen B. Wallace Junior College in 1989, B.S. from Troy State University in 1991, and M.A.M. from Auburn University in 1993.  Nevertheless, ROLL TIDE!!!!!  Mrs. Boothe has done additional graduate work at Auburn University and Troy State University at Dothan in math and physics.


     Mrs. Boothe is active in Westview Baptist Church in Opp, Alabama where she sings alto in the choir and is a pianist.  A resident of Opp, Alabama, she and is married to Ronnie Boothe.  Ronnie is an avionics technician at Ft. Rucker and, together with his brother, owns WOPP Radio in Opp, Alabama. Mrs. Boothe main hobby is sewing which she spends all her spare time doing.  She is a mother to two miniature dachshunds, Doc and Taz, and a humane society variety cat, Minor.  Minor keeps Mrs. Boothe and her husband in line.
