Lurleen B. Wallace Community College Foundation
The Lurleen B. Wallace Community College Foundation was formed in 1970 with the purpose of promoting and supporting the programs and activities of Lurleen B. Wallace Community College and the students of Butler, Covington, Crenshaw and surrounding counties.
The LBWCC Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt organization and all gifts are tax-deductible as allowable by law. A gift to the Foundation may be made through a number of ways:
• Cash donations made through an individual or business
• Planned giving
• Bequests
• Tribute Gifts
• Life Insurance
• Legacies
With combined funding from the LBW Community College Foundation, MacArthur Foundation and Wells Fargo Foundation, Dual Enrollment scholarships are awarded every year to high school students taking courses that count toward both high school and college credit.
Each academic year, scholarship applications for are made available online with deadline dates for submission.
