Lurleen B. Wallace Community College Foundation and the City of Greenville are "Driving for Excellence in Education" by presenting the 9th annual LBWCC/Camellia City Classic Golf Tournament on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, at Cambrian Ridge in Greenville.
Investing in a student's educational opportunities is also and investment in the future of the City of Greenville and Butler County. LBWCC is proud to continue partnerships to enhance development opportunities, provide workforce training, and grow future leaders.
All proceeds from the tournament through the LBWCC Foundation will benefit scholarships, student activities, and special projects on the LBWCC Greenville Campus.
LBWCC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting college programs and scholarships.
Sponsorships for the 2015 Golf Tournament include Platinum ($10,000), Diamond ($5,000), Gold ($2,500), Silver ($1,500) and Bronze ($500). Sponsorship deadline is Sept. 2, 2015.
Individual entry fee is $150.00 per person and includes cart, green fees, and dinner. Registration deadline is Sept. 2, 2015.
Four-Person Scramble with shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. (Driving Range opens at 11:00 a.m.)

DMSTC Foundation's annual fundraising clay shoot

The Douglas MacArthur State Technical College presents the annual fundraising clay shoot, a fun day filled with friendly competition on a 12-station sporting clays course covering 73 acres.
ALL teams are urged to bring private carts. Teams of four only for a total of $500 ($125 each). Entry fee includes: orientation and safety guidelines, ear plugs, 100 rounds of clay shooting, on-course refreshments, and lunch.
Registration and practice begins at 8:30 a.m. (Practice Rounds are $5; shells not included)
Shoot begins at 9:30 a.m.
Lunch served at 11:30 a.m.
Long-bird competition at 12:15 p.m. ($10/person)
