'Ready to Work' offered in Luverne


Are you looking for a job, but have limited education or work experience?

LBWCC offers "Ready to Work," a free program designed to provide the entry-level skills requied for employment with many Alabama businesses and industries.

The program is conducted in a professional workplace environment where students receive training in WorkKeys, computer skills, workplace behavior, problem solving, manufacturing, interview skills, and much more.

Successful completers receive an Alabama Certified Worker Certificate from AIDT as well as an Alabama Career Readiness Certificate. These credentials document job skills and show employers what you can do.
