Get Heart Healthy

LBW Community College’s Adult Re-Entry Club (ARC) and Student Activities recently co-hosted a “Heart Healthy Breakfast” on the Andalusia campus for faculty, staff and students in recognition of Heart Healthy Month. Among the food items served were fruit, granola, yogurt, and cereals known for reducing cholesterol.  Club members also displayed information on heart health and presented flyers that covered warning signs of heart attack and stroke.
