Culinary Arts 'Holiday Menu Showcase'
LBW Community College in Andalusia, Continuing Education Division, is offering “Holiday Menu Showcase,” Dec. 4, 2012, 5-8 p.m., at Springdale Estate.
This culinary arts continuing education class explores selections that are sure to dazzle your friends and family this season. Featured are brining the Christmas turkey, apple yam clementines with candied walnuts, traditional celery stuffing, roasted garlic potato au gratin, and pumpkin cheese cake.
