Culinary Arts 'Artisan Breads'
LBW Community College in Andalusia, Continuing Education Division, is offering “Artisan Breads,” Dec. 18, 2012, 5-8 p.m., at Springdale Estate.
In this culinary arts class, explore and create French Baguettes, Italian Bread, New York Style Bagels, Pre-Fermented Dough. Create both quick breads and yeast raised breads along with such favorites as New Orleans Beignets. Release the hidden sweetness and nutty flavor of something so sublime as flour.
